It is located very centrally in the Gallus district near the central station. From there you can reach every university in Frankfurt and after studying you’ll find things to do – all in walking distance. - What's included All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure bike storage facilities We offer you safe storage facilities for your bike. - Secure parcel storage You have your own mailbox for your letters and our residence team in the Management Office are happy to accept your parcels. - Roof terrace Enjoy the views from our roof terrace while tackling that revision or assignment. - Courtyard with green areas There is a courtyard with green areas for you and your friends to use. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - On-site service team A member of our team is available during office hours. Bij deze woning gelden de volgende annuleringsvoorwaarden:
- Binnen 24 uur na de bevestiging - volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- Meer dan 24 uur na de bevestiging - Geen restitutie
Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
Een bezichtiging is via HousingAnywhere niet nodig! Want:
- Alle woningen op HousingAnywhere zijn voorzien van foto's en een duidelijke beschrijving. Als iets niet duidelijk is, kun je eenvoudig contact opnemen met de verhuurder.
- Zonder bezichtigingen heeft iedereen evenveel kans, of je nou al in de buurt bent of nog van ver moet komen.
- HousingAnywhere zorgt ervoor dat de woning is zoals geadverteerd, door pas geld naar de verhuurder te sturen nadat je er succesvol bent ingetrokken.
